Job Announcement: Graphics Designer

Position Summary
The Graphics Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual materials that align with AllieVista’s corporate identity, brand standards, and strategic communications objectives. This role requires exceptional creativity, strong design thinking, and a deep understanding of visual branding, digital content creation, and multimedia design.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, social media graphics, advertising campaigns, and corporate presentations.
• Design brand materials for AllieVista’s divisions, product brands, and corporate events.
• Work closely with the Corporate Communications Team to develop consistent brand visuals that align with company guidelines.
• Produce web graphics, UI mockups, and promotional content for AllieVista’s digital platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators, photographers, videographers, and marketing officers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs follow corporate brand standards, maintain quality, and communicate effectively across target audiences.
• Support packaging design and label development for AllieVista product brands under AllieVista Industries, AllieVista Beverage Company, and AllieVista Commercial Farms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Keep up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphics Designer—preferably within a corporate setting, creative agency, or commercial brand.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus familiarity with Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW.
• Ability to design across multiple formats: digital, print, packaging, social media, UI, and advertising.
• Strong conceptual thinking, typography skills, and visual storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of brand development and corporate identity systems.
• Good photography and basic video editing skills (an added advantage).
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving skills.
