Job Announcement: Executive Assistant
AllieVista International Group Limited, a diversified multinational organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and socio‑economic development, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive Chairman.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives, high-level administrative activities, and effective coordination across the Group’s divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and official correspondence on behalf of the Executive Chairman.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executive Chairman, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in coordinating projects across AllieVista’s divisions, including AllieVista Commercial Farms, AllieVista Plastics & Packaging Solutions, AllieVista Beverage Company, AllieVista Borehole Services, AllieVista Media & Entertainment, AllieVista Industries, and the AllieVista Foundation.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Support the planning of corporate events, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and strong ethical judgment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in a diversified or multinational organization.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multi-stakeholder workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Location: Wonoo – Kumawu (Hybrid support across operational sites)
